Bathing & Veneration of the Relic

As Visitors to a Sacred Site, Pilgrims and Visitors are requested to dress in suitable attire, conduct themselves in a befitting manner, supervise children, not use mobile phones and refrain from eating, drinking and smoking (including  e.cigarettes).

Bathing

Bathing is permitted at the following times:

11.00 - 11.30, 13.00 - 13.30,

15.00 - 15.30

​

Suitable attire is required, Bathers should be modestly covered at all times - such as T shirt and shorts, Strictly no bikinis/swimwear

Limited Changing facilities are available

 


Service & Veneration of the Relic of St. Winefride

From Pentecost until the last Sunday of September, daily at 12.00 noon, except Sunday which will be at 2.30 pm 

Holy Mass in St Winefride's Chapel (above the Well) Pentecost to the last Sunday of September at 17.00. 


​St Winefride's Well Shrine is a Sacred place of worship. Please be respectful at all times whilst at the Shrine. Any behaviour which is deemed disrespectful may result in visitors  refused entry or being asked to leave.
